Personalized Programs
Step 1: Schedule your 30 Minute Introductory Lesson (can be done at J's home studio (located in Montrose, CO) or at Rebel Pilates Studio located at 10 S Park Ave (behind Chow Down in Montrose, CO)).
Step 2: during your Introductory Lesson, you and J will come to an agreement if her style of training will benefit you and your health/fitness goals. If you decide to proceed, J will design a fitness program specifically for your needs and will help you figure out which package/program will suit you the best. (If you are just finishing PT or have been cleared from a doctor to begin fitness after surgery, J recommends you consider her home studio. She has a few more pieces of apparatus that is designed to assist clients in restricted movement).
Step 3: Begin your journey to achieve your health/fitness goals.
